      In today's episode, there are three items I will touch on:

      1. reflecting on my 2022
      2. what my 2023 goals are and
      3. revealing our January book

      My word of the year is Create. Every year I choose a word of the year. It helps me to stay grounded and focused on a particular theme. A theme that is aligned with my goals for this year.

      When I think about the word Create it is about bringing an idea or product into existence. Then I think about being creative and creativity. What is something I could be doing with my time that can help me to improve my creativity, improve myself and having fun at the same time? You probably guessed it – my first create for 2023 is I started the BookBites podcast. My other two goals for 2023 around the word Create are:

      1. Create a new morning and night routine to improve my health and well-being
      2. Create more quality time with my family and friends to improve my relationships with the ones I love and care about

      I chose this book because it made perfect sense to start the new year right. I believe if you manage to look after yourself and your overall well-being, the rest will fall into the right place. Next week I will distil the key ideas and takeaways from the January book and turn them into nuggets of wisdom and actions while snacking at the same time.
