Barry and Bran continue the conversation on the importance of adding  physical activity to your life. We know as much as anyone else how much  we can choose to not like working out, but we don't have to. There are  tons of benefits, beyond just being fit, and losing weight. The impacts  that physical activity has on our mental state and emotions, should be a  bigger motivator than just weight loss.
