Scotch and Bob Harris take a look at one of the most bizarre films to come out of the late 90's. Blood Dolls features an eccentric billionaire who wears a mask to conceal his tiny head. He has a butler who wears clown make up and he keeps an all-girl rock band in a cage in his home, occasionally electrocuting them to make them play music. Sound intriguing?
