This is an original Bikram Yoga class - Full Dialogue WORD by WORD. I recorded this class primarily to help new and old teachers study the dialogue because I couldn´t find any class where I could read the dialogue with the words or repeat it in my head while practising. You can practise the class, but be aware that we hold postures a bit longer than usual - so save your energy. If you have never practised Bikram Yoga before, make sure you take it easy, take breaks and listen to the instructions. Just do the best you can. I offer online classes where I can guide and correct you - you are welcome to try one for free.
