Meditations designed to help you encounter the God of the Universe. Music by @SolfeggioHymns. Psalm 1:1-3 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree, planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers.Day and Night Ministries Christianisme Ministère et évangélisme Spiritualité

  • These Things I Command You | John 15:17 | Day 17 of 27 | Daily Christian Meditation
    May 17 2026

The command is not new — it is the same one, spoken again. Love one another. Jesus says it twice in five verses because we need to hear it more than once. Let it land as if for the first time.

This is Day 17 of 27 in our meditation through John 15. Each episode builds on the one before — I'd recommend going in order, but let the Spirit lead you back whenever you feel called.

Each meditation follows the same format:

    • A brief breathing exercise (10 rounds of 3-count inhale, 6-count exhale)
    • Today's verse read slowly, seven times
    • Ten minutes of contemplative silence with music

    📖 Verse (ESV)

John 15:17 — These things I command you, so that you will love one another.

  • You Did Not Choose Me | John 15:16 | Day 16 of 27 | Daily Christian Meditation
    May 15 2026

The initiative was never ours. We love because he first loved — we follow because he first called. This is not a diminishment of our faith but its deepest foundation: we are held by a choice we did not make.

This is Day 16 of 27 in our meditation through John 15.

John 15:16 — You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you.

  • I Have Called You Friends | John 15:15 | Day 15 of 27 | Daily Christian Meditation
    May 14 2026

A servant works without knowing why. A friend is let in. Jesus has made known everything the Father has given him — which means the invitation here is not just into relationship but into understanding.

This is Day 15 of 27 in our meditation through John 15.

John 15:15 — No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.
