Barbara Blum is full of wisdom and grace. A long-time yoga teacher, she now focuses most of her time on working with energy, but not in the way most people expect. She is a channel for transmitting and activating powerful energies into this reality, most notably kundalini energy activation within individuals, which is known as KAP.

In this rich conversation, Barbara beautifully articulates so many fascinating truths and perspectives. She makes the spiritual, both practical and magical in equal measure. It's inspiring to hear how she ended up where she is on the planet right now, by just letting go and trusting the guidance. It is so amazing to see an older woman in her fifties just follow her heart.

BONUS Episode: Barbara Blum. KAP. Kundalini. Energy Transmission.

This shorter bonus episode was recorded just after the interview with Barbara in Episode 9, so please have a listen to that if you have not done so already.

In this episode, Barbara conducts an energy transmission. This form of transmission is known as KAP - kundalini activation process. It is only a small sample of this modality, which is known as a surrender practice. So all you have to do is get comfortable in a quiet space and receive with an open heart. Do not take part while driving.

Barbara explains what this transmission is and briefly addresses the mind's resistance to believing that energy can be transmitted in this way through an audio recording. You don't hear her speak during the core 13-minute transmission, it happens while the music is playing, and the music is an important aspect of the process.

Our host Liane is very sensitive to this energy having received KAP multiple times. Indeed it was a KAP session in Mexico that kick-started all the changes that have unfolded in her life, including the creation of this podcast.

Allysha Lavino is a talented writer, author, sacred explorer, and spiritual coach from California who lives in the wilds of Québec.

Dhyan Ji is a spiritual teacher, meditation coach and spiritual event organiser based in Cheshire, UK.

In this deep and fascinating conversation, Dhyan begins by recounting a magical moment at the age of 6, where she suddenly embodied a complete sense of oneness with nature and the elements.
