      Lily is a harpist originally from Switzerland but has been living in the Netherlands for 8 years. We met when we were studying together in our Master programmes and we sat down to record this episode where we talk about perfectionism, leaving the classical world, finding her own artistic voice and the ups and downs of the creative process. I'm so lucky to call Lily a very close friend, someone who's been a massive source of support and inspiration for me in my own process, so sitting down to record this episode was doubly special!

She's a former Division-1 scholarship rower with multiple auto-immune challenges, titanium plates/screws and a passion for holding space for people to find (& feel) their awesomeness.


      We got together to talk all thing performance, practice, psychology and music education. It was a fascinating conversation!!
