I launch the AuDHD and Me podcast with an interview with the person who made this podcast happen! Jon is the host of "AuDHD or just a bit weird?" podcast, and kindly invited me to be on their show after following me on instagram. There started a wonderful friendship, full of understanding, laughs and support. So naturally I had to have them on the podcast to launch AuDHD and me! Jon is late realised (and recently diagnosed!) ADHD and self diagnosed autistic. We talk about the isolation and misunderstandings that occur living a life unrealised and undiagnosed, why channels like our podcasts are so important for education, awareness raising and reducing neurodivergent alienation, and all of the co-occuring conditions that commonly come with ADHD and autism.
