    This was an interview I was really nervous for - It's hard to sit down and chat about mistakes at the best of times- let alone with a microphone but it felt like the right thing to do. Enough time has past to have this chat and so, this is a (portion of) a conversation I had with Rachel over on the Now What Podcast discussing the truth about breaking up with someone who is not the biological parent of your children. It's raw, honest and perhaps, needed- to help ease the shame some women may carry when it comes to "failed" relationships.
