This week I'm discussing the changes I am committing to for the new year to help make this year better than the last. New boundaries, my position on why I do not want to be a step dad revisited & my reaction to the Diddy documentary.

Just when life was feeling too peaceful here comes chaos. What I learned about how people treat you when they think you need them says a lot. I'm discussing deadbeat parents and why co parenting is a scam.

This week my guy Ant comes through to discuss modern day parenting vs how we grew up, differences and how the dynamics of the household (man &wife) were different for our grandparents vs us and in the current. Also a list non negotiable's, double standards & why I had to apologize to someone recently.

It’s really easy to get caught up in feeling like those who are close to us should support us in our dreams or whatever we are in pursuit of. I discuss my perspective and my feelings on staying grounded in your purpose with whatever business, endeavor or creation you are pushing and through that you will see all the results & support. I needed to unfortunately re-clarify something this week & how unexpectedly a sad day turned into a really productive day for me and my family. Remember to live in your purpose!

My energy has really been shifting lately. As I become more and more mindful and protective of my energy I continue to distance myself from certain people & energies. I also have a new deal breaker for dating. Also why is everyone so angry and up in arms? Everyone has allowed politics to affect friendships & relationships. There is no right or wrong only opinions. Everyone just needs to relax...

It's back to school time! I am still figuring out how to balance it all while literally going through different stages of fatherhood. A surprise unexpected vacation....a death in my family & how quickly my kids have grown without me noticing it in real time.
