  • 29. Inner child healing, forgiveness and why you might be rejecting love.
    Jan 11 2026

This episode is all about inner child healing, including a vulnerable story of meeting my own inner child and how it manifests itself with rejecting love, and why I am pro-forgiveness.

There are some hard-hitting truths here, so grab your favourite beverage and a notebook to make notes as you go on your own journey, and what comes through within you.

💚 Sitting with your inner child to listen to what story has been running in your life

💚 Radical self-forgiveness for our past selves

💚 Physical discipline and the aftermath of it with our relationships with ourselves

💚 Forgiveness without an apology, forgiving our mothers in the context of the mother wound and why parents do not apologise to their children.

    💚 Cancel culture mindsets.

  • 28. Why I'm not a girl's girl, the wounded maiden archetype & ADHD in women.
    Jan 4 2026

    Hello, beautiful souls. ✨

This episode feels like a coming out to myself, and to you, with a side of myself that I haven't let myself own publicly beyond my words, and it's all about why I'm not a Girl, as a grown woman, and why I'm not a "Girl's Girl".

    Things we get into:

⭐️Girls' girl spaces where women don't heal, grow or hold each other accountable, and performative social media support and subconscious competitiveness that lingers here.

⭐️ Why I despise anything about calling men “daddy”, and why the daddy kink a lot of women talk about makes me feel sad, touching on the male collective wounding and the father wound.

⭐️ How my ADHD was showing up whilst at university, and how part of our neurospicy experience is that we can coast and suppress our full potential.

⭐️ How the wounded maiden archetype manifests and its impact on our spiritual journeys, including within twin flame narratives.

⭐️ Wild woman awakening related to our ancestries, including decolonial and depatriarchying work

⭐️ Why we avoid being in our bodies as spiritual women, and what lingers underneath spiritual bypassing spaces.

⭐️ The gruelling process of embodying your Wild Power.

    Additional resources:

If you are new to feminine archetypes, here's a website that goes into them.

    Books mentioned:

    • Women Who Run With The Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes.
    • The article I wrote on Twin Flames.

  • 27. False starts, the importance of surrendering & preparing for 2026, year of the fire horse.🔥
    Dec 31 2025

Surrender. The final affirmation of this year.

Hello beautiful souls, this is the last episode of 2025, and it's a fun conversation all about surrender and letting go of your old selves to embrace who you need to become to achieve what you are aiming for in 2026.

    We also talk about:

🌿 Desire as sacred, get curious about them.

🌿 How the mother wound affects how you feel about yourself.

🌿 Preparing your own journey with your own project / launch your podcast.

🌿 Doing your thing in your own way, and masking as exhausting.

🌿 Being a spiritual artist and accepting that you do not work by the algorithm, and setting your own rhythm and schedule.

My journey with getting to launch this podcast, and I seriously encourage you to launch your own.

    The story of Skeleton Woman:

She’s a woman who was thrown into the ocean by her father, and on the way down she breaks her bones. She spends years lying at the bottom of the ocean as a broken, twisted-up skeleton, looking up at life above her. Until she is accidentally saved by a fisherman. He is first terrified of her but ends up tending to her skeletal frame, setting her bones straight again. He is also in sorrow and loneliness, and when he sleeps, he cries. She sees this and starts to drink his tears, listening to the drumming of his heart. As she does so, she regains her flesh again and becomes a whole woman again. They live happily ever after.

Skeleton Woman represents and embodies the life/death/life cycle. That to live is to accept death as a natural process.

  • 25: People-pleasing beyond trauma and conversation for spiritual teachers, coaches and gurus. 🔮
    Nov 23 2025

    Hello Beautiful Souls,

In this episode, we talk about people pleasing in ways you just might not have considered before, and we go into how healing is non-linear, and ultimately, it's about giving you better tools to navigate the human experience.

💚 We also talk about not pedestalising spiritual gurus/coaches / teachers and why it's important for us not to encourage cults within spiritual spaces.

💚 We talk about creating your own life beyond the scripts. What does your wild woman look like?

    Quote from this episode:

“To be chosen by a patriarchal man is to remain married to your wounding”.

Book I read and I recommend (it has been years):
