Brad Patterson is the Lead Pastor for First Baptist Lavon. His ministry has had a particular focus on discipleship from the beginning. As captain of his high school football team, he led his teammates through various struggles and guiding them to Christ. He then went on to study at Criswell Bible College and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Brad went on to serve at The Village Church in Fort Worth as a faithful member for a season, then God called him to revitalize First Baptist Lavon.
In this episode, Brad discusses the importance of church elders in the practice of discipleship, and the effect that it can have on church growth.
