      He had a smile that could light up the room

      And a voice that could chase away the gloom

      He was a friend to all who knew him well

      And his kindness would always tell


      He loved his wife with all his heart

      And never let anything keep them apart

      His children looked up to him with pride

      And he always stood by their side


      There was something special about this man

      A gentle soul with a strong hand

      He may not have been famous or rich

      But his legacy will never diminish


      For he lived a life of love and grace

      And left his mark on every face

      He may be gone, but his memory lives on

      And the world is a better place because he shone.
