Bill Williams is an award winning journalist and author with a 40 year career in journalism. Some of his recent work calls into question the integrity of people in the Yavapai County government. His work details the relationship between the county, the sheriff, psychiatric health companies, and the sheriffs wife, CEO of Spectrum Health.
Many are concerned that this is a toxic relationship for the county because Spectrum Health delivers the treatment services to those who are jailed.
