Happy Beltane full moon, witches! This episode has not one but two exercise components! We start with some stretching for tight leg and low back muscles (with variations for different levels of stretchiness) while we discuss Beltane and a couple ways to celebrate this cross quarter holiday. The next part is a scavenger hunt involving some of our favorite things: plants! We talk about plantain (that's the genus Plantago, not banana type stuff), jewelweed, the first little leaves on a bush or tree, and one of Lizard's favorite poison plant spirit allies: poison hemlock. We challenge you to find the following in your area: 1. Something abundant 2. Something with interesting flowers or seeds (especially if they pop like jewelweed seed pods) 3. Something just starting to get leaves 4. Something very toxic (that you obviously do not touch) Let us know what you find!
