12 このころ、イエスは祈るために山に行き、神に祈りながら夜を明かされた。
13 夜明けになって、弟子たちを呼び寄せ、その中から十二人を選び、彼らに使徒という名をつけられた。
14 すなわち、ペテロという名をいただいたシモンとその兄弟アンデレ、ヤコブとヨハネ、ピリポとバルトロマイ、
15 マタイとトマス、アルパヨの子ヤコブと熱心党員と呼ばれるシモン、
16 ヤコブの子ユダとイエスを裏切ったイスカリオテ・ユダである。

1神は従順な人を用いる

エレミヤ１８：６「見よ、粘土が陶器師の手の中にあるように、イスラエルの家よ、あなたがたもわたしの手の中にある。」

２コリント１２：９「わたしの恵みはあなたに十分である。力は弱さのうちに完全に現れるのだ。」

マルコ３：１４「そこでイエスは十二人を任命された。彼らを身近に置くため、また遣わして宣教させるためであった。」

2.決断は神と共に行う

ヤコブ１：５「あなたがたのうちに知恵に欠ける人がいるなら、その人は、だれにでも惜しげなく与えてくださる神に願いなさい。」

3.神に選ばれる＝神の計画を成し遂げるものになる
