      In this episode, we discuss Lizzy's cruise and how much she enjoyed it!

      We also go into a rabbit hole about cultural trauma, particularly in Hispanic families. How it is instilled in girls at a young age with it being fround upon to have "too dark" of skin. That your ugly or not as beautiful as the light skinned Hispanic girls, and how it's culturally acceptable to make fun of or bully your family members thinking that it comes from "Love" while having to smile and laugh it off.
