In the final episode of this season of For Every Response, Catherine talks to Dr Gareth Davies who heads up the medical team supporting the world famous TT Races on the Isle of Man.

With hundreds of competitors converging on the Island for the races that take place during May and June every year, the need for specialist medical care is vital. 150 volunteers form the team and provide care from physio to trauma care in what Gareth calls the hyper acute phase. The island also has to cope with tens of thousands of visitors and he shares the impact that has on existing medical care for residents.

It's a fascinating insight into providing medical care at a major event and how decades of experience working in emergency settings in London prepared Gareth for this very special job.
