Sebastian: Hola, bien y vos qué? (Vos: is another way to say you, only certain regions use it, it´s more common to use tú / Vos qué? as in what about you?)
Valentina: muy bien gracias, cómo te llamas?
Sebastian: Yo me llamo Juan Sebastian y vos como te llamás? (he asks again in order to not keep repeating "y tú" a lot)
Valentina: me llamo valentina, Cuantos años tienes?
Sebastian: Cómo estás valentina? (he was nervous so he asked again 😅 tho sometimes in real conversations if you run out of things to talk about you ask "how are you? again...)

Sebastian: que bueno (that´s nice)... bien bien, yo tengo 28 años y vos que?

Sebastian: Eh ave María... muy pollita (eh ave maría: is an expression, very popular in some regions, similar to oh my god, not literal tho, María is Marie)(muy pollita: muy: very / pollita: little chicken : slang to refer one is very young)
Valentina: En donde vives?
Sebastian: yo vivo en Bogotá y vos qué? en donde vivís? (Notice how he says vivís instead of vives, PART OF THE FAKE ACCENT HE´S MAKING)
Valentina: yo... yo también vivo en Bogotá... y de donde eres?
Sebastian: yo? de medellin, Antioquia
Valentina: Ah bueno, yo soy de Bogotá (ah bueno: expression for oh okay) Sebastian mucho gusto!
Sebastian: Igualmente Valentina, un placer
Valentina: Bueno nos vemos (bueno: okay)
Sebastian: igualmente, que te vaya bien (que te vaya bien: expression similar to good luck)
