Welcome to Dan's Den podcast. In this episode we have guest Brenton Hawkins, an old friend that I met in Air Force basic training and worked with for a bit at our first duty station in Arizona. It's been over ten years since I've seen Brent, but we've kept in touch over the years and we catch up a bit during this conversation. We chat about Brent's experience in various leadership roles in banking and sales settings, human behavior and psychology. We discuss some of Brent's perspective related to his family member's that are of Russian and Ukrainian descent, and their experiences with the ongoing conflict between those two countries. We end our conversation talking a bit about chess.
