Here's the Wayn Dyer video I reference on 10 Principles of The Power of Intention. At 3:00 he gets into the 3rd principle (there are no justified resentments) and talks about how most people are looking for opportunities to be offended. I think he's just amazing.
Both are huge pillars in developing self awareness, and thus are essential in the workplace.
