In this episode, I’m in conversation with Ivan, co-founder of Shift Intelligence.

We explored his entrepreneurial journey the transitions, the growth phases, and the inner shifts required when building and scaling a company. Ivan shared openly about what founders face when success demands a new level of maturity.

A central theme of our dialogue was the systemic approach in business. We spoke about how family constellation principles can reveal hidden dynamics inside organizations, how founders often recreate unconscious patterns, and why organizational constellations offer insights that traditional strategy sometimes misses.

We also touched on the new generation of leaders their openness to systemic thinking and the responsibility that comes with building conscious businesses.

One key idea stood out:

Developing the skill of listening.
