Saul knew the Law with precision. He trained under the best teachers, walked the straightest lines, and carried scripture like breath in his lungs. His mind was formed around tradition. Every prison cell, every dragged-out believer, every act of pressure came from a heart that thought it was protecting something holy. That’s what gives weight to his transformation. The very traits that fueled his mission, fervor, discipline, and obedience, did not disappear. They were redirected. After Damascus, Saul didn’t lose his fire. He gave it back to the One it belonged to.
