I've read so many ADHD books and most books I've read focus primarily on issues and challenges we face and not enough on how to tackle them.
This book is the good opposite, it acknowledges the challenges and mostly focuses on how to tackle the issues with techniques and formulas.
What sets this book apart is how thoughtfully it's designed for ADHD readers. It's short, direct, and engaging, no fluff, no boredom. It holds your attention from start to finish. The examples and exercises included with each technique really helped me absorb and retain the information.
I genuinely hope the author continues writing more books. I'm hooked!
