When 11-year-old Jessica Marlow's parents divorce, her entire life is sent into a tailspin. Her mother moves her and her siblings across the country and opens a foster home.
At first, it is exciting for Jessica. She loves the vivaciousness of her home with its constant parade of new children moving in and out.
