A wonderful read. Not to be missed.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book. I couldn't recommend it enough. A short and simple book that throws light on many complexities of life and gently nudges you to practice the yoga of eating.

Unique Perspective on an Familiar Problem

Another genius book by Esinstein! I will be meditating on the principles of this book for years to come and look forward to implementing the Yoga of Eating into my life more and more in that time as well.

Short and sweet.

A very eye-opening insight and perspective to encourage a change of mindset towards health and food. The ideal book for anyone struggling with a disordered eating.
