When we see identical twins where one is obese and the other is at a healthy weight, we get what the scientists have recently proven: The microbiome has more influence on our weight than genetics! When two individuals go on identical diets and one loses weight and the other gains weight, once again, the difference can be explained by their microbial diversity.

Each one of our microbiomes is singularly unique! And its diversity defines our stability, resilience, health, defiance to gut roaches, and strong immunity.

Our ability to eat a healthy diet and lose weight depends on physical health and neurological stability! That's why when our overall health or our neurological resilience are unstable, it not only compromises the quality of our lives, but our ability to lose weight.
