Excellent book
Cameron Bierly is an exceptionally narrator. He effortlessly changes from one voice to another seamlessly weaving each character's unique personality into their voice.

A Happy Ending
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I'd recommend this book, and the rest of the series, to anyone who likes "classic" questing fantasy. The plot is entertaining, if somewhat linear, but the characters are endearing and the dialogue snappy. Great series!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Zakath- he's the only character who really changes.
Have you listened to any of Cameron Beierle’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I've listened to his work in the Belgariad and Mallorean, and his work is consistently solid.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes. I couldn't wait to see how it all ended, though it's much too long for a single sitting.
Any additional comments?
A cynic might say everything wraps up too neatly, but after ten books with these characters I didn't want a George RR Martin-type ending. Everything ends just right.

The story is fun, narration distracting
I like David Eddings' book even if there are formulaic parts. They are, I think, intended to be fun and evoke emotion, not be fine literature. The narration removed the fun from the banter. Large chunks of the book had a long enough pause between words to be frustrating. The attempts to do female voices were irritating and the accents were distracting rather than adding depth. I'm sorry I spent a credit on this.

The next best thing to reading the book yourself!
Would you listen to The Seeress of Kell again? Why?
Yes. I love the book, and despite issues with Beierle mispronouncing some names and assigning odd accents to characters (seriously, why does Mandorallen have a Pythonesque-french accent?), his narration is a lot of fun to listen to while I drive.
Any additional comments?
Beierle had his faults--he gets a little carried away with his accents (and I think he misses the mark significantly on a few), but his narrations are the best so far.
However, I seriously wish the narrators would put in the time to get the name pronunciations right. I really don't understand how they can mangle some of them so badly. Here's something "straight from the horse's mouth" I found after a 15 second Google search

Tied up all the loose ends
This was a good finish to the series. While not quite up to the same level as some of the other books in the Mallorean, it was still a fun read. And the author did a good job of tying up all the loose ends from both the Belgariad and the Mallorean.

loved it
I really loved and enjoyed the entire series. every book is well written and well read and that is rare because many times the next series seems to reflect that the author is tired and just wants to wrap it up.

Good Read, Characters with Personality
I read the 6 book series while in college. I had to buy copies 2 or 3 times because I wore them out. Narrator does a great job individualizing voices. Thank you for a great listen!

Last Book of two great Series

The greatest story I have heard in very long time!
Read the books or listen to'em. I am quite sad and happy at the same time right now.
This is how one should feel after listening to a really good story, sad because it's over and happy because it was such a beautiful a story.
Cameron Beierle, thank you for your exquisite and wonderful story-telling. I will never forget your voice, you are an artist.

Gute Unterhaltung bis zum Schluss
Auch wenn einige Wendungen dieser Saga durch aus voraussehbaren sind, hat mich diese zehnteilige Historie doch unglaublich unterhalten!
Ich habe die gesamte Geschichte über mehrere Monate gehört und werde die Charaktere, welche unglaublich gut gelesen wurden, vermissen.

Alle Bücher aus dieser Saga von Eddings sind wunderbar gesprochen, die Figuren wurden wirklich zum Leben erweckt. Die Sprache ist gut verständlich und die Stimme sehr angenehm.
