Have you ever seen the sky dance with color? For young Kael, the Northern Lights are more than just a beautiful sight. they are the very heartbeat of his frozen world. But when the vibrant ribbons of green and gold begin to flicker and fade, replaced by a creeping, unnatural cold, Kael knows a terrible secret is unfolding. An ancient evil, Nocturne the Shadow Weaver, is stealing the light, threatening to plunge the land into an eternal, starless night. The fate of the North rests on the shoulders of one young boy who must journey into the heart of the storm. He won't be alone. An unlikely alliance forms with Boreas, the wise polar bear guardian of the glaciers; Lyra, a swift warrior of the mountains; and Faelan, a mischievous arctic fox spirit guide. Together, they must face monstrous shadow hounds, solve the riddles of ancient creatures, and find the legendary Sword Forged in Starlight. It is a quest of courage, friendship, and magic.
