Alongside his best friends Maya, the tactical medic with a bag full of supplies, and Sam, the gear-obsessed quartermaster Donald leads the Backpack Brigade into the “Wild-Fold Woods.” This is a realm where juice boxes create glowing trails, school lockers guard ancient secrets, and the “Grey-Boredom” threatens to erase every color from the world.
From the shifting hallways of the Shadow School to the singing fences of the Cloud Kingdom, Donald must learn that being a leader isn’t about having the heaviest pack, but about having the courage to unpack the truth. Equipped with nothing but their wits, a 64-pack of crayons, and the strength of their friendship, the Brigade must reach the Heart of the Pack before the final bell rings or the magic of childhood might be lost forever.
