Don't waste your money

Let me summarize be consistent, focus, be patient. There isn't one thing in this book anyone who is consistently working out doesn't already know. There is nothing in here about being super fit. I want my credit back.

Cliff notes of bigger leaner stronger

This book has very little info and a lot of language like he's try to connect with a teenager. Very boiled down version of bigger leaner stronger.

enjoyed it.

first book I read of yours. I enjoyed it but, wish it was a bit longer and maybe went into a bit more detail.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money

This book is just an ad for the author's website. If you know anything at all about working out/bodybuilding then there is nothing new in this book. Don't waste your time and money.

Excellent book!

This book has a clear explanation of principles to build muscle. Highly recommended. Hope the author give a more advanced book in another publication, sure it will be great

Not as expected.

This was not professional. I usually don't do reviews but this was so bad I had to help others not wast money or more importantly time. If you have never worked out then maybe this would help you, but other than that this is a waste. Can't believe others found this helpful

Positive, good entertaining tips. Intermediate.

A few good tips/hacks. I like fact book focused on solid fundamentals. Basic to intermediate level. No BS approach. Lacks depth for intermediate to advance dolks., but still enjoyable!
