À propos de ce contenu audio

Internationally recognized self-help advocate and teacher of devotional yoga, Prana Govinda Das, was born in Liverpool, England, in 1968—admittedly, a pretty good year for all things bright and beautiful.

"As far back as I can remember," he reflects, "I had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a deep desire to understand the true nature of man and the world we live in. I was always seeking people who could answer the big questions I had about life, the universe, and everything."

In the early 1990s, after studying film production, Prana fulfilled a lifelong dream and traveled to India. That first trip, he says, changed his life completely and forever.

“At that point,” he recalls, “my thirst for material knowledge transformed into a yearning to understand the spiritual side of life.”

Over the next six years, he made frequent returns to India, immersing himself in various paths of Hinduism, Buddhism, and other schools of yoga and meditation. Yet, despite his extensive learning and experiences, something still felt incomplete.

Then, in 2001, on his sixth journey to India, Prana visited the sacred town of Vrindavan, south of Delhi, a place closely associated with Lord Krishna. It was there he met his spiritual teacher and lifelong mentor, Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami.

More than two decades on, Prana Govinda Das has lived and served in his teacher’s temples across the globe—in India, Australia, America, and Europe—continuing to share the profound wisdom he’s gathered.

Welcome to the inspirational, soul-stirring, and inclusive teachings of Prana Govinda Das.
