Description

Mrs Packington felt alone, helpless, and utterly forlorn. But her life changed when she stumbled upon an advertisement in The Times/i> which read: "ARE YOU HAPPY? IF NOT, CONSULT MR PARKER PYNE".

Equally adept at putting together the pieces of a marriage or the fragments of a murder mystery, Mr Parker Pyne was possibly the world's most unconventional private eye, and certainly its most charming, as this collection of short stories reveals.

Great stories and well read

I do love a good murder mystery (or a few in this case) to listen to and Hugh Fraser reads the Parker Pyne stories brilliantly. Agatha Christie keeps you guessing as always. Entertaining and good value for money.

Brilliant collection, excellent narrator

Parker Pyne is one statistician you must get acquainted with! Love this collection of short stories. Will become a much listened to audiobook.

Hugh Fraser is perfect pitch as usual.
