Le plus pertinent
After a strong start with book 1, the series slow down quite a bit to the point that book 3 is like a side story at this point. Would not recommend if you expect some definite progress in the main story / characters "strength".

Thankfully the perfomance is still good.

I don't think I'll get the next book I was really disappointed midway book 2 and hoped book 3 would take things in a straighter path but sadly it follow the same decline (for me).
