    Informative book, but consume with a grain of salt

    Informative book, but consume with a grain of salt. While Dr Friedman knows his subject very well, I am very skeptical of anyone who tries to, even indirectly as is the case in this book, to promote holistic supplements. This isn’t the point of the book, but one of the examples that I’d take with a huge chuck of salt. However, I would still recommend the book to friends.

    Excellent!!!!!

    This book is a must read! It is full of great information and being very health-conscious and educated on nutrition myself, I learned things I never knew! I highly recommend reading this book!

    Best book on nutrition I’ve read

    This book is amazing. It sheds light on America’s greed in the food industry while providing you with the natural swaps to all of the unnecessary things we consume. Must read if you are trying to progress in your health journey.

    Good eating

    I’ve tried to educate myself about healthy eating for several years. A friend introduced me to this book. Wow I was blown out of the water by the information I learned. Some I’d already begin to put into practice but I learned so much about eating to keep my body healthy. I’d recommend the book to anyone who wants to eat correctly for what their body needs & was made for.

    SCAM!!!! BS Don't waste your money/Credits

    The Narrator was fine my issue is with the text. The book immediately sounds like a scam from the get go. The author says you can heal diseases by eating correctly. They also say they'll teach you to "follow the money" behind studies done by scientists.

    Basically the author is saying you should only listen to them because everyone else is in a secret conspiracy.

    Vegan Propaganda

    Very unscientific, extremely opinionated, vegan propaganda. He spends way too much time arguing that Neanderthals didn’t eat meat because they don’t have claws. Randomly throws in real bone research that says cave men ate 40% protein (moderate intake). Then makes the conclusion that the lack of claws is the best evidence that cave men were vegetarians. Very biased book.

    Totally informative

    Listening to this book taught me so much, how to make better food choices, what is used to produce foods, etc, etc ....
    I am so pleased that I choose it. I sincerely recommend everyone to listen to it. I am sharing it with my loved ones and
    most definitely I will be listening to it again.

    A good book but...

    All the good information but after reading this book, there’s nothing much left to eat. Everything is dangerous or cancerous.
