Hello, I'm Darren Lewitt - one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the east of England and a great role model of how someone can start at the bottom and rise to the top using pure determination, self-belief, and an abundance of creativity.
I wrote this book because I believe that through hard work and determination anything is possible. I start at the beginning, inspire you throughout, and like most success stories, there is a happy ending.
For more than 20 years, I was the driving force behind the evolution of a small Norfolk IT company. After huge success and with the turnover approaching £400 million, I decided to sell my shares and focus on the next chapter in my life. I wanted to give back and mentor young people, volunteering my time to inspire tomorrow's generation. This book is a natural extension of this vision.
Each chapter is a small anecdotal perusal of my experiences, and I do hope that you can relate to them and they find a way to inspire you.
