In light of the growing emphasis on resilience, a new chapter exploring the role of leadership sustainability amidst change has been added. Research in the area of values-based leadership is now more fully represented as a result of research I conducted. Material has been added throughout to reflect the learning that clients and I have continued to experience since the first edition of Change Happens was published.
