I’ve been away from social media for about a month. I didn’t leave because I stopped caring about this community. I needed time to become stable enough to return.
In this episode, I’m talking honestly about starting again, the difference between disappearing and intentionally pausing, and why consistency means something different to me now.
We’ll also discuss what psychology can tell us about avoidance, what it cannot tell us about every personal situation, and why Lamentations 3 reminds me that hope can exist in the middle of pain, not only after life becomes easy.
This is not therapy or clinical advice. I’m a psychology student, a woman in therapy, and someone learning how to apply biblical truth to real life alongside this community.
