When life becomes overwhelming, our natural instinct is to focus on the problem.

The health report.
The financial pressure.
The conflict at work.
The tension at home.

The unexpected situation that seems to appear out of nowhere.
Panic has a way of pulling our eyes downward, fixing our attention on everything we cannot control.

But what if the answer isn't found by looking at the problem... but by looking up?

In this episode, we reflect on one of the most comforting promises in Scripture from Psalm 121:
"I lift up my eyes to the hills—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."

And when we don't even know what to pray, Scripture reminds us of another incredible promise. Jesus Himself intercedes for us (Romans 8:34), standing on our behalf before the Father, even when words fail us.

Sometimes the greatest step of faith is simply lifting your eyes from the situation... to the One who has promised never to leave you.
