Three youths on e-bikes rode through South Point shopping centre in Greenway, ACT, performing burnouts and leaving skid marks on the floor at 8pm last week. The incident caused damage to the centre and was captured on camera. ACT police are working to identify the young offenders as e-bike law reforms are being implemented across other Australian states.
