This week marks the end of school for my eldest daughter.
While it's an exciting new chapter for her, it has also made me reflect on the reasons I built my wellness business in the first place.
When I started teaching Pilates, flexibility was everything. I wanted to be present for my family and create a business that worked around motherhood.
But as life changes, our businesses need to evolve too.
In this episode, I share:
- The real reason I moved into wellness full-time
- The sacrifices hidden behind flexibility
- Why many wellness professionals feel stuck after years of teaching
- How ambition often gets buried beneath service and responsibility
- The question I'm asking myself as I enter this next phase of life
Because sometimes the business that served you perfectly five or ten years ago isn't the business that will take you where you want to go next.
