Cassie and Shea meet on a college field trip, looking at the great artworks of the Italian Masters. After they graduate, they move from New York to Las Vegas. First, they live together, then they got local jobs to pay the bills, and eventually, they make a home. Years later, they get married Las Vegas style but with birthstone pendants instead of rings. They have their honeymoon at the Venetian on the strip. Years later, Shea is working at the Bellagio’s art gallery and Cassie is a landscaper for an Italian restaurant.
When a one-eyed businessman named Jules comes to Las Vegas with his men and has his one eye fixed on Shea and Cassie in particular, it will be up to Cassie and local Detective Bill “Booker” Wimbury to save Shea from Jules and his men by giving them what they want.
