À propos de ce contenu audio
Tides are risin' today: high at 10:15 AM and 10:45 PM, low at 4:30 AM and 5:00 PM per NOAA charts—fish the incomin' on the reefs for best action.
Fish are fired up in early May! Recent reports from San Juan anglers show tarpon rollin' in the bays, mahi mahi schools crashin' the surface 10-20 miles off Fajardo, and snook hammerin' mangroves. Local charter logs from Vieques note 15-30 lb wahoo on the bite, plus limits of mackerel and kingfish. Inshore, snapper and grouper are stackin' up—yesterday's weigh-ins at La Parguera hit 20+ fish per boat, mostly lanes and reds.
**Hot spots:** Hit **La Parguera's bioluminescent bay** for night snapper under the moon, or troll **off Culebra's Flamenco Beach** for pelagics—those waters are boilin'!
For lures, **spoons and poppers** in chrome or pink for mahi and kings; **jigs** tipped with ballyhoo for wahoo. Live **pinfish or mullet** on circle hooks rule inshore—can't beat 'em for snook and tarpon. Dead **squid strips** for bottom dwellers.
Get out there safe, wear your PFD, and respect the no-take zones. Tight lines!
