À propos de ce contenu audio
There was a time when lighting a candle felt “woo woo.”
When pulling an oracle card felt strange.
When speaking about energy, intuition, cycles or ritual felt like stepping outside the norm.
And yet… our grandmothers prayed.
Our ancestors marked the moon.
They baked bread with intention, blessed the fields, whispered wishes into the wind.
What we now call “woo woo” was once simply life.
In this video, I speak about how ritual is no longer something reserved for special occasions or secret circles. It is becoming beautifully normal again. Practical. Grounded. Embodied.
Ritual can be:
– Five quiet minutes before the house wakes up.
– Lighting a candle before you open your laptop.
– Pulling a card at the new moon.
– Anointing your face with oil before bed.
– Stepping outside and noticing the sky.
Not dramatic.
Not complicated.
Not performative.
Just intentional.
We are remembering that the sacred and the practical were never meant to be separated.
That spirituality doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
That daily devotion can live inside ordinary moments.
When ritual becomes part of your rhythm — each day, each week, each cycle — life softens.
You slow down.
You listen.
You respond instead of react.
This isn’t about escaping reality.
It’s about inhabiting it more fully.
The mystical is no longer on the fringes.
It is in your kitchen.
Your morning walk.
Your breath.
And perhaps the most powerful shift of all is this:
