Feeling calm? Have a question? Send me a text:)
A gentle 1o-minute yoga nidra practice to help you soften, rest deeply, and feel supported.
Welcome. I’m Kassandra with The Calm Lab, and this is a short Yoga Nidra practice for deep rest and nervous system calming.
This 11-minute guided Yoga Nidra is designed to help you soften your body, quiet the mind, and settle into a state of deep relaxation. You’ll be gently guided through body awareness, breath observation, and calming imagery — inviting your nervous system to release effort and rest.
This practice is especially supportive if you’re:
• feeling overstimulated or exhausted
• struggling to slow down at night
• carrying tension in your body or mind
• looking for a safe, grounding way to rest
There’s nothing to fix or achieve here. You’re invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen. If sleep arrives, allow it. Your nervous system knows how to rest.
If you’d like continued, gentle support, you’re warmly invited to join my Nervous System Reset — a soft, multi-day experience designed to help you calm your nervous system, restore rhythm, and reconnect with rest. This is not a challenge or a push, but a steady place to land.
You can learn more at thecalmlab.org.
This practice is best enjoyed lying down, in the evening, before sleep, or anytime your body is asking for stillness and care.
