    The only one.

    Definitely the best and only diet for me. This is the only diet that I can truly lose weight quickly without being miserable. I lose 2-3 pounds a week doing this. For women that are very good in my opinion.

    Excellent book fro intermittent fasting

    This is an interesting weight loss book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

    Recipes are really excellent for weight loss.

    This is an incredible discontinuous fasting book for ladies. The creator shares bunches of tips and deceives it's profitable. Discontinuous fasting is a workmanship and science shape including both physiological and mental steadiness that has been drilled since antiquated occasions. By and large extraordinary book I welcome this book.

    Helpful book!

    I am pretty confident I can now get to any weight I want. I think the book is important in that it helps you break long held thoughts and misconceptions about eating and going without food. It also discusses other lengths of fasts that can range from 36 hour to weeks. It is so flexible you can do it anytime. I am excited to attempt my first extended fat fast before I work my way into a true extended fast.

    Great tips for dieters

    I found this to be a very easy and quick listen for dieting and fasting tips. There is much in it I wouldn’t have thought of since I like food too much to diet, so this is very insightful to beginner dieters.
