Making new friends in the traveler’s paradise of Antigua happens quickly, but how well can you know people you’ve just met? When one of Kira McKnight’s new expat friends ends up in a coma, after drinking a cocktail meant for Kira, she realizes she is in danger and needs to be very careful who she trusts.
