Teressa Hill

Teressa Hill comes from a lineage of professional athletes, writers, and poets. She’s loved all forms of the arts since childhood—writing poetry and stories, figure skating, painting and sketching, and later building an award-winning career as a hairstylist in film and television in Los Angeles, where she currently resides. A lifelong animal lover, she grew up with a deep compassion for animals—reflected in her imaginative children’s series featuring Gracie and Sniggles and their ragtag group of friends who embark on magical adventures full of heart, humor, and curiosity. Her published titles include The Mystery of the Blue Goo (2020, featured in the New York Times), Boo Who? (2021), and Magical Mo (2022), with The Dog Days of Summer coming in 2025. Royalties from her books support St. Jude, ASPCA, The Trevor Project, and Oceana.
