Tammy Jo Eckhart

TammyJo Eckhart (also published under TJ Eckhart) is celebrating nearly three decades of publications. Find out more about her on her website and get up to date information and unique insights and work by joining her Patreon Page (https://www.patreon.com/tammyjoeckhart).

A skilled storyteller, Eckhart enjoys reading her fiction to live audience so she is happy to travel in her region to perform readings, sell/sign books, and lead workshops and discussions on various aspects of BDSM, gender & sexuality, or the literature, culture, and study of science fiction, fantasy, horror and other types of speculative fiction. She loves visiting with conventions and private organizations though she must consider financial matters when making such plans.

A huge but picky science fiction, fantasy, horror, and slash fan, Eckhart is also a prolific book and product reviewer writing 2-6 reviews a month. Please contact her via Amazon if you wish for her to review your products but know she will always base her reviews on her use of the product and not merely give it a good rating. If you make chocolate, she is happy to test and write about that for The Chocolate Cult (https://thechocolatecult.blogspot.com/). Chocolate related products of any type are her current priority for reviews. She only reviews physical versions of books.

TammyJo earned her PhD in ancient history with minors in women’s history and folklore in November 2007 from Indiana University in Bloomington, and uses both her scholarly knowledge and teaching techniques in her reviewing, writing, and storytelling. She volunteer teaches as a docent for the Eskenazi Art Museum at Indiana University in Bloomington.
