Richard Newman

Richard Newman has worn two hats during his life to date, that of Chartered Architect and Swiss-trained hotelier. He eventually combined the two and was deeply engaged in developing a new hotel group until it was bought out in 2001. He has travelled widely throughout the world and worked in the United States, Seattle which he loves, Switzerland and the Middle East - hence 'Cockroach on my shoulder'. He is happily married with three sons, three daughters-in-law and five grandchildren all living close by in Yorkshire.
